Pricing FAQ

Everything you need to know about plans, billing, and credits.

What is the difference between Scheduled and Real-Time?+

Scheduled is the standard way to retrieve data on every plan: you submit your products (or set a scheduler) and we process them in batches on your schedule — stable, predictable, and the right fit for price monitoring, BI, MAP and digital-shelf workloads. Real-Time is the premium mode for applications that need an answer in the moment — a synchronous live call per product. Real-Time is available on Enterprise Pro, at a premium credit rate per call.

When do I actually need Real-Time?+

Only when a decision happens in the moment of the request — for example a repricing engine reacting within its cycle or an in-session price check. Most pricing, BI and monitoring use cases need fresh data, not instant data: a scheduled batch that refreshes daily or several times per day covers them at standard credit cost.

Can I evaluate the API before committing?+

Yes. New accounts receive 100 free API credits to test against real products before committing to Enterprise Starter. For a larger proof of concept, talk to us and we scope an evaluation as part of an Enterprise Pro conversation.

Why is concurrency capped per plan?+

Concurrency determines how fast you can move through a catalog. Enterprise Starter allows 50 concurrent requests; Enterprise Pro goes beyond 50. If you are running a pricing platform, repricer, or large-catalog workload, you will want Enterprise Pro concurrency.

Can I switch plans later?+

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?+

Your schedulers will pause until your credits reset on the next billing date, or you can purchase an add-on credit pack to resume immediately. Extra requests are billed at €0.005 per request on Enterprise Starter and €0.003 per request on Enterprise Pro.

What does a request cost above my included volume?+

Enterprise Starter is €0.005 per extra request. Enterprise Pro is €0.003 per extra request. The included volume is 150,000 requests per month on Starter and 500,000+ on Pro, so the per-request rate only applies once you go past your plan's allowance.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for European customers.

Do you offer annual discounts?+

Enterprise Starter can be billed annually at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Enterprise Pro is always a yearly agreement, so the rate you receive already reflects the annual commitment.

What is Enterprise Pro?+

Enterprise Pro starts at €1,499/month for 500,000+ requests and is for high volume and multi-brand catalogs. It adds phone support alongside email and chat, the Real-Time API (at a premium credit rate), more than 50 concurrent requests, coverage beyond 5 Google Shopping countries, and the option to have us match your catalog for you (from 500k products). Enterprise Pro is available on a yearly contract only. Reach out for a tailored proposal.

Why is Enterprise Pro a yearly contract?+

A yearly contract reserves your request volume and concurrency for twelve months at a fixed rate. We provision capacity, dedicated concurrency, and (where agreed) catalog matching up front; in return you get a locked-in price for the year with no month-to-month variation. Request a quote and we scope the volume, countries, and rate to your catalog.

Do I get the matched Google Shopping product ID?+

Yes, on every plan. Both Enterprise Starter and Enterprise Pro return the matched Google Shopping product ID (also called the catalog ID) alongside the matched offers, variants and reviews — so you can persist the mapping in your own warehouse and reuse it without matching again each time.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Enterprise Starter is a monthly subscription: cancel from the dashboard at any time and your account stays active until the end of the billing period. Enterprise Pro runs on a yearly contract that covers a full year of reserved volume and renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

How many credits does each action cost?+

Scheduled API calls (offers, info, search, variants, reviews) cost 1 credit each. EAN/GTIN matching (DeepSearch) costs 4 credits. Real-Time calls run at a premium credit rate, scoped in your Enterprise Pro agreement.
