Enterprise Starter includes 150,000 API requests per month. Enterprise Pro starts at 500,000 requests per month and has no hard ceiling — we have customers processing over 5 million lookups per month. Pro volume is customized to your needs, and pricing scales linearly — you only pay for what you use.
What is the uptime SLA?+
We offer a 99% uptime SLA with financial credits for any downtime exceeding the guarantee. Our infrastructure is hosted across redundant EU data centers with automatic failover. Current uptime is visible at status.shoppingscraper.com.
Can I get a dedicated IP or custom rate limits?+
Yes. Enterprise customers can request dedicated infrastructure, custom rate limits beyond 100 concurrent connections, and IP whitelisting. These are configured during onboarding.
How does pricing work for Enterprise?+
Enterprise Starter is €799/month for 150,000 API requests, billed monthly. Enterprise Pro starts at €1,499/month for 500,000+ requests on a yearly contract. Both include the matched Google Shopping catalog ID and a 99% uptime guarantee. Extra requests beyond your plan are €0.005 each on Starter and €0.003 each on Pro. Yes. Every account starts with 100 free API credits, and all API endpoints are available from day one. For Enterprise-specific features like bulk product CRUD, reporting API, and dynamic pricing feed, we can set up an extended trial with your account manager.
Is the data GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. All data is processed and stored in EU data centers. We collect publicly available product and pricing data from marketplace listings — no personal data is scraped. We provide a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) for Enterprise customers.
